ORDERS & PAYMENT

How do I place an order?
Pick your pieces, add to cart, and check out. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal, and more. Easy.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You've got a 1-hour window after placing your order to cancel or make changes. Email us at support@strevoclothing.com ASAP with your order number. Once your order is packed, we can't make changes — but you can always return it once it arrives.

Is my payment information safe?
100%. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout with industry-standard encryption. We never see or store your card details.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes — sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page and follow us on Instagram (@strevoclothing) and TikTok to be the first to know about drops, sales, and exclusive codes.


SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Switzerland, EU, UK, US, and beyond.

How long does delivery take?
- Switzerland: 2–4 business days
- EU: 4–7 business days
- UK & US: 6–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above a certain amount (you'll see the threshold at checkout).

My tracking hasn't updated, what should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after shipment. If it's been longer than 5 business days with no update, email us at support@strevoclothing.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

I received the wrong product, what should I do?
That's on us, sorry about that. Email support@strevoclothing.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item out immediately and cover the return shipping for the wrong one.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition with tags attached. Items must be in the state you received them.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@strevoclothing.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll send you instructions and a return address.

Are returns free?
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — just send the item back as a return and place a new order for the size you want. This is the fastest way to get the right fit.


PRODUCTS & SIZING

What size should I order?
Check the size chart on every product page for exact measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for an oversized streetwear fit, or sizing down for a more fitted look. Still unsure? DM us on Instagram with your height/weight and we'll help you out.

How should I care for my Strevo pieces?
- Wash inside out, cold water (max 30°C)
- Do not bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Iron on reverse side if needed
- Don't dry clean prints

Following this keeps the quality and prints sharp for the long run.

Are your products true to size?
Our pieces are designed with a modern streetwear fit — slightly oversized on tops and relaxed on bottoms. Check the specific size chart on each product page for exact dimensions.

Will sold-out items come back?
Some pieces restock, some don't — it depends on the drop. Follow us on Instagram and join our newsletter to be the first to know about restocks and new releases.

Do I need an account to order?
Nope, guest checkout works fine. But creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, save your shipping info, and get exclusive member perks.
