Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
The return must be justified (defective, damaged, or incorrect product).
Every request must include the order number, the item, and clear photos
of the issue. Requests without photos will not be reviewed.
Approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit only.
We reserve the right to refuse unjustified or late return requests.
Do not ship anything back to us. We do not accept unauthorised physical
returns, and any parcel sent without written approval will not be
refunded. If a return is approved, we resolve it remotely — you keep the
item.
Sizing
Flat measurements are listed on every product page. Please check them
against a piece you already own before ordering. A size that does not
match your expectation is not a defect, and we don't cover change of
mind.
Process
Email info@strevoclothing.com within 14 days of delivery. We review every
request personally and reply within 48 hours. Approved requests are
issued as store credit, valid for 12 months, usable on any order.
Faulty and incorrect items
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not the item you ordered, we
replace it or refund it to your original payment method. That is on us,
not on you.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
